the sister left for malacca with zel and his mom today. will be there over the weekend. her absence wont make much difference actually, cos she's not at home every weekend night anyway. anyway my last trip there gave me an impression of a sleepy city with nothing really interesting for the modern urbanite.

called cherie the other day, regarding our 4L gang meetup (suggested by weilin, but now postponed to after cts). man i miss her so much! talked for quite a while. informed her of my upcoming concert (which btw is on 27th july 7.30pm Victoria Concert Hall), and i was telling her guzheng is gonna play "ju2 hua1 tai2" and she was like "what's ju hua tai??" and i was: omg you dont know ju hua tai?!! JAY CHOU!!!
and you know what? she was like, AIYO jay chou! you ask me deng li jun (teresa teng) i know lah, you ask me jay chou i dunno!

she's damn cute la! how can i forget that her taste of music lies in the oldies! aw man i miss that girl so much. i miss the days in sec 3 and 4 when calling her every night was not only a necessity (making full use of her academic prowess haha!) but also an enjoyment i never tire of. we started out as complete strangers allocated as seatmates, till i could not survive each day without relying on her ever positive attitude towards everything, her ability to relate to my sense of humour, and her willingness to accomodate me everytime i need her. first 3 months of last year was bliss too, with her and farah in nj. then she left for rj. :(

cherie if you're reading this, I MISS YOU! <3 and all the rest too. us four loyalty werent a terribly bonded lot, but there was some great company here and there. :) jen, huis, val, weilin, cherie, we have to meet up! after common test okay!
